PPP states for the selected ports are shown. LCP (Link Control Protocol), which is an
essential part of the PPP link, is used for establishing, configuring, and testing the data link
connection.
4. Press Esc to return to PPP-Trace.
Diagnostic
CN2510 Diagnostic Utility, which is used to test async ports, Ethernet controllers, and printer
ports, supports the following functions.
y Async port controller and internal loop-back test.
y Ethernet controller, internal and external loop-back test.
y Printer port test.
1. From the UTILITY menu, select Diagnostic, and then press Enter.
