Equipment (WEEE) directive took effect in August of 2005, and

the Restriction on Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive

was enforced starting in July of 2006.

All of Moxa's new "green products," which were first released

in 2006, satisfy the EU's WEEE and RoHS directives.
